Job Description

    Position OverviewBusiness Development Executive - Sales, The Counsellor is a key member of Sales team, responsiblefor playing a crucial role in guiding potential students through the enrolment process, answeringtheir inquiries, and providing them with information about the various programs and coursesavailable. Additionally, you will work closely with other members of the admissions team to developand implement strategies for attracting and retaining students.Key Responsibilities:1. Inquiring students to select the right course2. Responsible for selling courses through outbound, inbound and online process.3. Achieving weekly and monthly sales target.4. Self-motivated and organised capable of managing a high volume of customer interactions.5. Counsel the working professionals related to the suitable courses as per their domain6. Familiar with CRM software for effective lead management and reporting wilL be an addedadvantage.7. Identifying opportunities for new business development through lead generation8. Co-ordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow up.9. Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients
