Job Description

    Job Title: Academic Counsellor Job Location: Mumbai (Andheri East) Job Summary: The Academic Counsellor will play a key role in providing academic advice and counseling to prospective students, helping them understand the course offerings, career opportunities, and guiding them through the admission process. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with the ability to engage with students and their families. Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students on academic programs and career opportunities at the Boston Institute of Analytics. Assist students in understanding course offerings, fees, curriculum, and prerequisites. Guide students through the admission process, including application submissions, interviews, and document verification. Follow up with potential leads to ensure conversion and admissions. Conduct presentations, webinars, and face-to-face interactions to explain course features and benefits. Maintain accurate records of student counseling sessions, feedback, and follow-up actions. Provide career counseling and advice on job opportunities, certifications, and upskilling relevant to the analytics industry. Collaborate with the marketing and admission teams to drive enrollments and achieve student intake targets. Stay updated with the latest trends in education and analytics to provide accurate and insightful guidance. Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and educational partners. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Sales.
