Job Description

    Position: Account ExecutiveExperience: 2-3 yearsLocation: Mumbai (Bandra)Salary: 20k to 26k.Company Overview: Zewar by Valchandson Jewellers boasts a remarkable heritage of 85 years, spanning five generations in the jewellery business. Renowned for our commitment to excellence, we specialize in crafting the finest jewellery designs and products. Presently, we are in search of a dedicated and experienced Account Executive to join our esteemed finance team, contributing significantly to our financial operations and reporting.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
    2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Tally ERP and other software.
    3. Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports.
    4. Handle GST filings, tax computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements related to taxation.
    5. Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditors during financial audits.
    6. Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget variances to identify areas for cost savings and financial improvements.
    7. Collaborate with internal teams, procurement, and management, to ensure financial data accuracy and integrity.
    8. Provide financial analysis to management for business planning and strategy development.
    9. Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements affecting the companys financial operations.
    Qualifications:
    1. Any Bachelors degree.
    2. 2-3 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in Jewellery Industry.
    3. Proficiency in using accounting software, with advanced knowledge of Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
    4. Strong understanding of GST, taxation principles, and compliance requirements.
    5. Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with financial data.
    6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal.
    7. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
