Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Hope you are doing well.We have an opening for the position of Accounts Executive InventoryPosition: Accounts Executive InventoryLocation: Lower Parel/Curry RoadExperience Required: 1-3 years (Manufacturing background preferred)Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)Working Time: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PMRole Overview:We are looking for an Accounts Executive with hands-on experience in inventory accounting within a manufacturing setup. The role requires strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, with a focus on stock control, reconciliation, and accurate accounting of inventory transactions.Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain accurate inventory records in Tally and account for stock movements
    • Reconcile physical stock with system records
    • Track Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods
    • Prepare and analyze inventory reports using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS)
    • Monitor GRN, material consumption, and stock transfers
    • Assist in month-end closing related to inventory and costingKey Skills & Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in commerce / accounting / finance
    • Experience in inventory accounting in a manufacturing environment
    • Strong knowledge of Tally
    • Good proficiency in MS Excel
    • Understanding of manufacturing processes and costing basics
    • Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills
    Preferred:
    • Experience in stock audits and cycle counts
    • Knowledge of GST impact on inventory
    • Exposure to ERP systems
