Job Description

    Responsibilities:Sales and Sales Process Management
    • Drive adoption in a defined set of accounts to meet or exceed revenue
    • Analyzing the requirements of clients, their pre-requisites and objectives
    • Submission of business proposal & closure of the deal
    • Develop and execute against a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving
    net new business in untapped customers.
    • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Synergetics
    • When appropriate, work with partners to manage joint selling
    • Attending Enquiry calls
    • Generating leads from daily enquiries and telephonic follow-up calls
    • Calling the clients and ask for their
    • Co-ordinating the execution of the training feedback and related
    Account Management
    • Manage numerous accounts concurrently &
    • Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your
    • Accelerate customer adoption through education and
    • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key
    • Identifying new clients and managing interaction over the phone and introducing our
    • Updating the existing clients with upcoming new
    • Consultation with existing clients to meet their specific needs and
    • Developing extensive mailing lists to announce the launch of new
    • Organizing marketing activities in your
    • Maintaining customer relationship by conducting various activities such as sending greetings and mailers on festive occasions
