Job Description

    1. Position - Account Manager/ Customer Success manager 2. Location- Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad/Kolkata. 3. Experience- 4- 8 years of relevant experience in selling Solutions/Services pertaining to IT Infrastructure.IT infra products - Networking/ Server/ Storage/ Hardware products/ Services 4. Compensation - Competitive THEJD IS AS FOLLOWS : Managing the end to end Sales for the Customers in the respective market. 1. Identify potential customers that would need IT services and products. 2. Develop mutually beneficialbusinessrelationships with the customers by meeting their relevant stake holders. 3. Build relationships with vendors/ OEM partners and make sure that products/ Services bring in long term value to the Customers 4. Maintain a healthy rapport with the customers 5. Dynamic and hunger forbusinessattitude. Candidate will carry a quota to achieve quarter on quarter and yearly. 6. Outbound in-person calls, communication by phone and email to key people in named accounts. Initiate conversations with decision makers, qualify and manage inquiries, identify and understandbusinessneeds, and create newbusinessopportunities within an assigned territory/ Accounts. Create Account Profiling sheet and key people profiles. 7. Provide accurate forecasting and reports. Collaborate and identify opportunities and create a pipeline through demand generation. Maintain lead records and activities. Need to know : - Should have demonstrated the capability to identify and engage clients. - Should have developed relationships in these organizations that can be leveraged in the present position. - Should have a fair understanding of IT Infrastructure products/ Services - Should have sufficient understanding of the latest technology prevalent in the market. - Should have a fair commercial acumen. Able to : - Drive sales. - Professionally represent the organization by all means (personal, email, phones, social networking, presentations etc); - Make persuasivebusinesspresentations with customers and management; - Manage relationships with customers, OEMs, Vendors, and colleagues; - Motivate others in the team by setting himself as an example. Behavioral Competencies : - Must be a team player and must demonstrate his focus on organizational goals in all his actions; - Must be fair and ethical while conductingbusiness; - Ensure that all reports required by management are sent on time. - Constantly endeavour to keep the Company database updated with all relevant information; - Practice highest ethics whilst conductingbusinessdealings with customers, vendors and fellow colleagues - Follow all HR policies of the Company particularly those that pertain to punctuality, leaves, breaks and travel expenses.
