Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for Handling the Accounts payable & receivable department of the company.
    • Preparing Bank Reconciliation.
    • Sending Monthly GST- GSTR1/GSTR2B/GSTR3B & TDS Data to CA & coordinating with them to file.
    • Making all statutory payments online for e.g. GST, TDS.
    • Maintaining Passbook /Bank Book.
    • Responsible for all online Internet Banking & Offline Transactions i.e. NEFT, RTGS and as & when required co-ordinate with Bank for any other banking related work.
    • Responsible for Handling all expenses payments of the company, i.e. Credit Cards, Maintenance Bills, Rent Payable, Electricity Bill, Telephone Bills & Property Tax Payments etc.
    • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile daily balances with bank statements.
    Key Skills:
    • 5 years of experience
    • Should have experience in SPECTRUM software.
