Job Description

    Position: Accountants HeadQualification: Any Graduate(CA dropouts)Experience: 7 to 9 yearsLocation: Mumbai(Lower Parel)Candidates staying: Western Line OR Central LineRoles and Responsibilities: Maintaining and ensuring the account system is updated in a timely manner by the team. Planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals Reviewing and preparing financial reports Monitoring cash flows on a regular basis Analyzing revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets. Planning / Supervising/training junior employees from time to time. Maintaining an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial compliances and company documents. Handle a team of accountants, allocate, and plan the work. Review the working for GST, TDS, and Various other taxes Preparing/reviewing Income Tax returns, financial statements Finalizing books of accounts. Hiring candidates from time to time Various other responsibilities would be given from time to timeSourcing and Screening Guidelines:1. Good written & oral communication skills. Should be able to write a basic email2. Should have handled accounts work in relation non-financial sector that is for Manufacturing Trading & Service Organization. Should know above3. Proficient with MS-Office and Tally is mandatory.4. Candidates born after 1990.5. Immediate joiners would be given priority we can accept candidates upto 40 days notice period as well6. CA dropouts would be preferred. Preferably worked with Real Estate Developer.7. Male candidates would be required for this role.8. Should have experience of handling team in the past9. In case if the candidate requires leave for exams we can give leaves to 10 days.
