Job Description

This is an urgent requirement, and we are looking for a dynamic professional with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.Position: Accounts HeadLocation:KurlaExperience: Minimum 9 yearsIndustry: AutomobileKey Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
    • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports.
    • Monitor and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.
    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
    • Implement and maintain effective internal control systems.
    • Liaise with auditors and manage the audit process.
    • Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team for optimal performance.
    Key Requirements:
    • Proven experience of at least 9 years in accounting and financial management, preferably in the automobile industry.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial analysis.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
