Job Description

    Jr. Accounts Receivable ExecutiveAccount Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies between the company & records and customer payments. Investigate and resolve any unapplied or unidentified payments Aging Analysis: Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and take appropriate actions for collections. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales or customer service, to address payment issues and expedite collections Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding outstanding payments. Send reminders, statements, and collection letters to ensure timely payment. Resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes and negotiate payment arrangements when necessary Customer Communication: Maintain effective and professional communication with customers regarding their account status, payment reminders, and resolution of payment- related queries. Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in understanding their invoices and payment terms.Desired Candidate Profile:Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field. At Least 1-2 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability SAP experience preferable
