Job Description

    To lead, control and deliver high-quality MIS, financial analysis and management reports that enable business decision-making, statutory compliance support, performance tracking, and client advisory, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, timelines and standardization across RHSA engagements.To take up position as team leader of the MIS & Reporting Divisionatfirm and ensure client MIS deliveries are ontime and manage, guide and train internal team member (3 to 5). Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
    1. MIS Design & Standardization
    2. Monthly MIS Preparation & Review
      • Oversee preparation of:
        • P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow
        • Variance analysis (MoM / YoY / Budget vs Actual)
        • Key ratios & performance indicators
      • Perform analytical review before partner/client submission:
        • Revenue & cost trends
        • Margin movement
        • Working capital cycle
    3. Financial Analysis & Insights
      • Provide action-oriented insights, not just numbers:
        • Cost leakages
        • Margin improvement opportunities
        • Cash flow stress indicators
      • Prepare:
        • Break-even analysis
        • Segment profitability
        • Fund flow & cash flow forecasting
      • Support business review meetings with crisp analysis.
    4. Budgeting, Forecasting & Projections - Companys performance and Cashflow
    5. Client Reporting & Presentations
      • Ensure client-ready MIS decks:
        • Clear narratives
        • Visual clarity (charts, graphs)
        • Executive summaries
      • Participate in client review calls where required.
      Translate complex data into decision-friendly language
    6. Compliance & Statutory Support
      • Align MIS figures with:
        • GST returns
        • Income tax computation
        • Audit & ROC filings
      • Support audit teams with:
        • Schedules
        • Analytical explanations
        • Variance justifications
      • Ensure reconciliation discipline (GST, bank, inter-company).
    7. Team Leadership & Capacity Building
      • Allocate work and manage MIS team bandwidth.
      • Review team output and provide technical & analytical guidance.
      • Train team members on:
        • Financial analysis
        • Reporting logic
        • Excel / tools / automation
      • Conduct periodic quality & productivity reviews.
    8. Process Improvement & Automation
      • Identify repetitive tasks for automation.
      • Implement:
        • Excel models
        • Dashboard tools
      MIS checklists
