Job Description

    ROLE - FRONT DESK & ADMIN EXECUITVEJOB LOCATION - ANDHERI (EAST)Key Responsibilities:
    • Front Office Management:
    1. Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with professionalism.
    2. Manage incoming phone calls and route them appropriately.
    3. Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
    4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
    5. Address client and visitor queries courteously and efficiently.
    6. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
    • Administrative Support:
    1. Manage daily office operations and assist with facility maintenance coordination.
    2. Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement with vendors.
    3. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    4. Provide calendar management and administrative support to executives.
    5. Support in organizing internal and external events.
    6. Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and document handling.
    7. Manage petty cash and basic accounting-related tasks.
    8. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality norms
    • Key Skills and Qualifications:
    1. Bachelors degree or equivalent.
    2. 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in front office/reception and administrative roles.
    3. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook).
    4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    5. Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
    6. Exceptional time management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
    7. Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
    8. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
