Job Description

    Job Title: Admin & HR ExecutiveLocation: Santacruz, MumbaiExperience: 5 to 7 years of experience in administrative and HR rolesAbout The Role:We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin & HR Executive to support our office administration and human resources functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both administrative tasks and HR functions, ensuring smooth operations in the office while managing HR-related responsibilities.
    • Key Responsibilities:
    • Administrative Support:
    1. Manage office operations, including office supplies, equipment, and general maintenance (AMC).
    2. Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
    3. Assist in travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, flights, and transportation & site visits.
    4. Maintain office inventories and ensure timely procurement of office supplies.
    5. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
    6. Liaise with external vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations (e.g., Pest Control, AC service).
    • HR Support:
    1. Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
    2. Help with employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and training sessions.
    3. Maintain employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive HR data.
    4. Assist in payroll processing and manage attendance records.
    5. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    • General Responsibilities:
    1. Provide administrative support to the HR and management teams.
    2. Ensure adherence to office policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
    3. Handle other ad hoc tasks as required by the management team.
    • Requirements:Qualifications Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field from a reputed institution.
    • Skills:
    1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
    2. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    3. Knowledge of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
    4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    5. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
    6. Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
