Office && Document Management: Manage daily office operations, correspondence, emails, couriers, calls Maintain and update office records, documents, databases, and projectfiles Handle filing, record-keeping, and prepare reports, letters, presentations2. Operations and Logistics Support: Co-ordinate between departments, management, vendors Schedule meetings, appointments, maintain calendars for senior staff Arrange travel, accommodation, expense reports for senior staff Support logistics for material dispatch/delivery and personnel movement ifthe company has site/terminal operations3. Procurement and Inventory: Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory Process purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials4. Compliance Support: Maintain employee records, training attendance, inductions. Provide documentation support during audits, inspections Ensure adherence to company policies, safety, cleanliness andcompliance procedure5. Finance && Accounts support: Support finance with petty cash handling, expense tracking Support accounts staff with reconciliations, if needed Co-ordinate and assist for data needed for GST, TDS and audit6. Stock Management: Assist seniors in preparation of report for stock management-inward/outward/balance stockREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance. 2 years minimum of relevant experience. Candidates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications. Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
