Job Description

    Role Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Admission Counselor to support prospective students through the admissions process for our various online programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to guide students in making informed decisions about their educational paths.As an Admission Counselor, you will work directly with potential students, helping them understand our programs, answering their queries, and ensuring they have a seamless enrollment experience. You will play a critical role in shaping the educational journey of students and contributing to the companys growth and success.Key Responsibilities:1. Prospective Student Guidance: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students interested in our online courses and degree programs.2. Consultations: Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students to understand their goals, recommend appropriate programs, and guide them through the enrollment process.3. Program Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of all programs offered, including curriculum, admissions requirements, timelines, and career outcomes.4. Application Assistance: Assist students in completing their application forms, gathering required documentation, and preparing for interviews or assessments when needed.5. Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication with students throughout the admissions cycle, including sending reminders for application deadlines, documents submission, and program start dates.6. Student Support: Provide detailed responses to inquiries about the programs, admissions process, course content, and student life.7. CRM Management: Track and manage student interactions, application statuses, and follow-up communications using CRM tools.8. Collaborate with Marketing: Work with the marketing team to provide feedback and insights about student needs, concerns, and preferences.9. Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality customer service, maintaining a positive and professional relationship with prospective students and parents.10. Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed enrollment targets by working diligently to convert prospective students into enrolled learners.Qualifications:1. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in education, business, or related field.2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds.3. Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets and goals.4. Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and other relevant software.5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.7.
