Job Description

    AI Developer - Agent Specialist | Mumbai & BangaloreAbout the RoleWe are hiring an AI Developer - Agent Specialist to build intelligent agents and automated workflows on Azure AI Foundry. You will design and develop an Agent Workforce including solutions for tax preparation, compliance monitoring, and document processing, while optimizing delivery workflows across Tax, Audit, Advisory, and Outsourcing service lines.This is a hands-on developer role. We are looking for someone who started as a strong backend/frontend developer and has progressively moved into AI development, with practical experience building AI agents from scratch using Azure AI technologies.Key Responsibilities
    • Design and build sophisticated AI agents using Azure AI Foundry for tax preparation, compliance monitoring, document processing, and M&A analysis
    • Build end-to-end automated workflows integrating AI agents with enterprise systems
    • Apply post-training techniques including fine-tuning, instruction tuning, and RLHF to optimize agent performance
    • Develop evaluation frameworks measuring accuracy, reliability, compliance, and business impact
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Continuously improve agent performance and delivery workflows
    Must-Have Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field
    • 6 years of professional software development experience (backend/frontend with cloud exposure)
    • 2 years of hands-on experience specifically in AI agent development
    • 2 years of practical experience with Azure AI Foundry or similar agent development platforms
    • Strong proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
    • Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and AI/ML concepts
    • Experience designing and implementing automated workflows and pipelines
    • Minimum 2 years of tenure in each organization
    • Number of company changes should not exceed 50% of total years of experience (e.g., max 5 companies for 10 years of experience)
    Good to Have
    • Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or MBA with technical focus
    • Experience with multi-agent systems, reasoning frameworks, and orchestration patterns
    • Proficiency with prompt flow, automation pipelines, and human-in-the-loop systems
    • Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, instruction tuning, RLHF, and domain adaptation
    • Background in professional services, accounting, tax, or audit domains
    • Experience with model evaluation, benchmark development, and A/B testing frameworks
    Technical Skills
    • Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI services ecosystem
    • LLMs and generative AI
    • Prompt engineering and optimization
    • Workflow automation and orchestration

    • ML model evaluation and testing
    • Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
    Work Location & Schedule
    • Mumbai: Goregaon East, Nesco
    • Bangalore: Exxora Business Park
    • Work hours: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM
    • Hybrid: 14 days/month from office (no more than 2 consecutive WFH days)
    • Maximum commute: 1 hour from home to office
    • Location preference: Mumbai-based candidates preferred; Bangalore considered; relocation open
