Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressingchallenges. Presentation: Strong presentation skills, with experience delivering technicaldemonstrations to customers and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: Responding to client support requests. Provide technical support to sales teams during the pre-sales process, including conducting product demonstrations andpresentations. Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and map them to our APM solutions. Manage and execute POC projects to showcase the capabilities of APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Docker, andKubernetes. Develop and deliver customized technical presentations and proposals that address customer needs. Act as a subject matter expert in APM solutions, providing insights and recommendations to customers and internal teams. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to APM. Engage in proactive problem-solving to address customer challenges and ensure successful implementation of APM solutions.
