    Greetings from TopGear Consultants!We have opening with leading MNC for Mumbai LocationRole: Application Support AnalystLocation: Mumbai- VikhroliMandatory Required:2 plus years of experience in Application & Production support is must.2 plus years of experience in Windows server is must.2 plus years of experience in Microsoft SQL is must.Should have work experience or good understanding from ITIL process.Good communication skills.Interaction with both Global & Local end users (mandate)ROLE:To provide high qualityoperational specialized technical supportand administration to internal business functions in the Company, minimizing the adverse impact of incidents and problems and preventing reoccurrence of incidents. Work closely with business and technical associates to ensure that value is provided through effective and efficient support of systems.Analyst will provide second line of support for applications including initial troubleshooting, service health checks, access management and coordination of issue resolution with other teams. Also involves deployments of software, managing databases and managing all associated change to the environments.Responsibilities:Supportduties75%Update ticket log thoroughly within the ServiceNow call tracking tool.
