Job Description

    Hands on Mobile Banking Application SupportHands on Oracle PL/SQL, Java, REST API, JSON, Android (Java with Android SDK), iOS (Swift with iOS SDK), Java with Spring FrameworkProviding active support for the technical resolution of incidents, reacting quickly and as necessary to live application errors with respect to digital channelsProviding support and taking ownership of execution of assigned application related activities in the day to day operationsAdhering to prioritisation of individual incidents and supporting the delivery of solutionsSupporting the handover of new or enhanced software into business-as-usual (BAU) operationDelivering the documentation to agreed standards, on time and error freeProviding 24/7 cover and support, expertise and specialised system knowledge to allow resolution of key incidents outside of business hoursIdentifying repeated incidents and works towards RCA.Knowledge on ITIL processesHands on application DC - DR drillSkills:
    1. 6- 9 years of experience on IMPS/UPI interfaces.
    2. Experience on XML, ISO 8583.
    3. Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting production issues
    4. Good understaidng on DPSC security guidelines and Banking domain
