Job Description

    • Responsibilities: Solution Design - Architect and design Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Talend tools, ensuring alignment with business requirements and data governance standards Data Integration - Develop and implement data integration processes, including ETL/ELT, to consolidate data from various sources into the MDM system Data Quality Management - Implement data quality rules and processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of master data Collaboration - Work closely with data stewards, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define and enforce data governance policies Performance Optimization - Optimize MDM processes for performance, scalability, and reliability Troubleshooting - Identify and resolve issues related to data integration, data quality, and MDM processes Documentation - Maintain comprehensive documentation of MDM architecture, processes, and data flows Qualifications: Experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in MDM solutions, with at least 3 years using Talend MDM Technical Skills - Proficiency in Talend Data Fabric, SQL, and scripting languages like Python or Bash Database Knowledge - Experience with databases such as Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment Education - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
