Job Description

    Roles & ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview:We are seeking an experienced Architectural Supervisor to join our team in the oil and gas industry. As an Architectural Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing architectural projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Your role will involve managing a team of architects, coordinating with other disciplines, and providing guidance throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of architects, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure successful project execution.Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications for compliance with technical standards, project requirements, and regulatory guidelines.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of architectural elements within multidisciplinary projects.Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with architectural plans, identify any discrepancies, and propose corrective actions if necessary.Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve design issues, construction challenges, and changes during the project implementation phase.Monitor project progress, budget, and schedule, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deliverables.Conduct periodic performance reviews for architects and provide feedback on their work performance, professional development, and training needs.Keep up to date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in architectural design and construction techniques within the oil and gas sector.Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes.Promote a culture of safety, quality, and innovation within the architectural team and across the organization.
