Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) with a proven track record in the FMCG sector, preferably with prior experience in leading brands like Mamy Poko Pants. The ASM will be responsible for managing sales operations, driving revenue, and building strong distributor and retailer networks within the assigned region. This role demands excellent leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional results in a competitive FMCG environment.Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional targets, focusing on volume growth and market share expansion.
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales executives to ensure high productivity and performance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers to ensure optimal product availability and visibility.
    • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.
    • Drive execution of promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives to maximize sales.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports for senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all sales operations.
