    Dear Candidates,Greeting From Vvinayak Associates !!Job description,We are looking out candidates for Area Sales Manager - OTC Division for Mumbai/ Aurangabad locationRoles and Responsibilities1. Ensure that the company strategy is implemented by our Field Force meticulously to ensure 100% results.2. Promotion of Right Products to the Right Retails.3. Effective Detailing and convincing capabilities.4. Brand campaigns have to be followed as per the strategy given by the marketing team and driven widely for an optimum reach out for 100% success across all the h.qs.5. Communication / updation to RM/DSM on a daily basis both morning and evening.6. Interacting with TMs and ensure that they are working effectively7. Trouble shooting all issues that are faced by the TMs.8. Follow up with the vacancy is top most priority/ suitable candidate with good reference and background of field work.9. Monitor and analyse the stock and statement to ensure whether the stocks are moving on the required pace. To ensure that no stock is lying for more than 2 months.10. Payment issues if any related to idle inventory, expiries, etc to be attended by yourself.11. More than 1-2 % of returns or expires from any location to be monitored and attended with immediate effect.12.
