Job Description

    who will be responsible for managing artists, delivering high-quality projects, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients. who will join the enthusiastic team to motivate the entertainment team.Middle the responsible team for the whole the team to understand by the client requirement to by their whole service entertainment of the job The selected candidate will work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to curate strategies tailored to the specific needs of clients, analyzing trends, negotiating deals, and providing consultation to talent and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership and communication skills, work well under pressure, and have a creative vision to showcase talent.Qualifications
    • Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent work experience
    • Proven working experience of 3-5 years in artist management, art direction, or related fields
    • Strong knowledge and passion for music, entertainment, art, and emerging trends
    • Experience in developing brand strategies, nurturing partnerships, and securing strategic business opportunities
    • Excellent leadership skills, ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, artists, and stakeholders
    • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written, and client-facing presentation skills
    • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
    • Ready to travel in any location(City) for event managing.
    • Good negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
    • Experience in event planning as well.
