Job Description

    Role: ASM- Hospitality Sales Location: Mumbai Experience: 5 to 10 Years Industry: Textile / Retail / HoReCa Team Handling: NoRole OverviewThe role is responsible for driving business development and sales growth in the Hospitality (HoReCa) segment. The candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customerrelationships, manage distributors, and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets acrossassigned regions and clients.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop business development strategies for assigned areas and clients within the Hospitality sector.
    • Drive business growth and execute channel-specific trade marketing strategies acrossHoReCa PAN India.
    • Achieve sales targets and margin objectives as per the Annual Business Plan (ABP).
    • Independently prepare sales roadmaps and drive monthly sales targets through effectiveplanning and execution.
    • Ensure sustainable business growth and generate additional revenue opportunities.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify sales potential, inventory requirements, andcustomer preferences.
    • Maintain, monitor, and evaluate pricing and customer contracts to ensure quality, timelydelivery, and cost efficiency.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the HoReCa segment.
    • Expand and strengthen the customer base with a long-term and sustainable business approach.
    • Monitor sales forecasting, budgeting, and sales outflow.
    • Execute targeted sales and marketing activities to maximize ROI.
    • Ensure high service standards for HoReCa customers.
    • Manage existing distributors and identify/appoint new distributors with strong customerpotential.
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred).
    • Strong business development and key account management skills.
    • Experience handling distributors and channel sales.
    • Good understanding of sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
