Job Description

    Financial Reporting, Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Prepare and analyse financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
    • Ensure timely submission of financial reports in compliance with internal and external requirements.
    • Maintaining proper statutory records & working.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Computation of advance Corporate Tax.
    • Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
    • Monitor and report on budget performance, highlighting variances and providing actionable insights.
    Compliance and Audit:
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
    • Well versed with Statutory Compliances (GST, TDS, TCS, PF, PT, ESIC, MLWF)
    • Timely filing of all the Statutory reports.
    • Co-ordinating with the Consultants & provide accurate data for statutory filings.
    • Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and support.
    Accounts and Reconciliations:
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
    • Perform reconciliations of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.
    Cash Flow Management:
    • Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure liquidity.
    • Assist in investment planning and management of financial resources.
    Team Support and Leadership:
    • Supervise and mentor junior finance team members.
    • Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams regarding financial matters.
    • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
    • Implement best practices in financial management and reporting
    • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
