Job Description

    Talent acquisition for various open positions in the company at different levels by Identifying viable candidates using a variety of creative approaches, including online job boards, targeted Internet searches, professional and social association websites and networking Maintain daily attendance report and Conducting Monday meeting Supervising following activities:a. Joining formalitiesb. Preparing of joining kits for all the new employeesc. Making of Official Employment Letters d. Employee documents & verification processe. Maintaining Employee filesf. Personal Information System (PIS)g. Maintaining of the Leave Tracker monthly and attendance calculationsh. Updating of Organogram Getting in touch with consultants when required and also empanel new consultants Coordinating with colleges to fill up junior positions and get fresh impetus into the organization. Completing the joining formalities and follow ups and preparing of Welcome Notes Conceptualize and organize employee welfare activities and festive celebrations, fun and games and refreshments for the employees Updating, Maintaining & implementing Policies & Procedures Handling Employee Grievances Preparing incentive structures for various departments and ensure its implementation Performance appraisal and analyzing employee of the month Preparing Job Descriptions & KRAs for all the positions Planning & Strategizing HR functions such as Manpower planning & Budgeting, Succession Planning & Annual Budgeting Play a Strategic role for the inter departmental meetings Appraisals & Increment procedure Looking after day to day office affairs (Internet, IT related, Stationery etc) Keeping track of all Internet, Electricity, Mobile Bills checking and getting the cheques made before the due dates. Overlooking the daily courier coming and going. Keeping track of all office materials Taking care of Petty Cash Having Password for all computers & laptops, pen drive kept confidential. Follow & maintain code of conduct. If someone is not following the rules bring it
