Job Description

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Business Development & Acquisition with 3-4 years of experience in society document handling, acquisition procedures, and site visits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing documentation, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth acquisition process.Key Responsibilities:1. Society Document Handling & Follow-Ups
    • Collect, verify, and manage society-related documents.
    • Ensure all necessary approvals and legal documentation are in place.
    • Follow up with society members, legal teams, and authorities for documentation clearance.
    2. Acquisition Procedures & Site Visits
    • Conduct site visits for assessment and verification.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders for acquisition-related discussions.
    • Ensure due diligence and compliance with acquisition procedures.
    3. Offers, LOI & Documentation
    • Draft and manage Offers & Letters of Intent (LOI).
    • Ensure proper documentation related to property acquisition.
    • Track and follow up on pending documents and agreements.
    4. Stakeholder Coordination & Negotiation
    • Liaise with societies, legal consultants, and internal teams for smooth deal closure.
    • Negotiate terms and ensure compliance with acquisition policies.
    • Maintain strong relationships with potential acquisition partners.
