URGENT HIRING for Tele Sales AdvisorPosition: Tele Sales AdvisorSalary: 3.60 LPA - 4.40 LPAShift: Day Shift (9 AM - 6:30 PM)Work Schedule: 6 days/week (1 Saturday off/month)Responsibilities:Conduct outbound and inbound calls to individuals seeking guidance on debt management and financial planning.Provide empathetic and informative counseling to clients to understand their unique financial situations and goals.Analyze clients debt profiles, including credit card debt, loans, and other financial obligations, to develop tailored debt repayment plans.Educate clients on effective debt management strategies, budgeting techniques, and financial goal setting to help them achieve long-term financial stability.Collaborate with clients to provide comprehensive financial plans focusing on debt reduction, savings goals, and wealth-building strategies.Recommend debt consolidation, debt restructuring, or debt settlement options based on clients specific needs, and guide clients through the process.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Requirements:Any Diploma / Bachelors degreeGood English and Communication skills are required.2 years of Experience in Domestic/International process in a BPO would be preferred.Candidates from any industry would be preferable.Location: MumbaiInterested candidates can apply along with their resume on the below mentioned email ID or whatsapp numberEmail ID: hidden_emailContact : hidden_mobile
