The company also undertakes BOT (Build, Own & Transfer) projects and is inexpansion mode with a strong technical team.Job SummaryThe AGM will oversee project execution, business development, and profitability. Responsibilities include team leadership, planning, strategy implementation, and ensuring timely project completion with a minimum 15% profit margin.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic (20%)
    • Set execution strategies and monitor overall company performance.
    • Align employees with company values and implement innovative methods.
    • Assist in setting strategic goals, budgets, and policies for profitability and market share growth.
    • Develop integrated business plans to optimize market share and profitability.
    • Prepare and monitor project budgets to ensure timely completion and profitability.
    Implementation (45%)
    • Build relationships with consultants and clients for smooth project execution.
    • Plan and onboard the right talent in alignment with company goals.
    • Ensure timely project completion with client appreciation for repeat business.
    • Monitor projects closely to ensure timely payments and approvals for extra work.
    • Ensure availability of subcontractors at standardized rates.
    • Represent the company in major business dealings and create future leaders.
    Managerial (30%)
    • Review project outcomes and take corrective measures.
    • Establish communication systems to clarify roles and responsibilities.
    • Periodically assess team performance and recommend improvements.
    • Ensure a strong organizational structure and promote leadership development.
    • Strategize and quote competitive tender rates.
    Other Tasks (5%)
    • Handle multitasking as required.
    • Implement internal checkpoints through MIS reports for performance monitoring.
