    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to oversee our corporate sales team in the real estate industry. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and coaching the sales team, and building strong relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Manage and lead a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including developers, investors, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth and revenue generation. Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop and implement effective sales campaigns and promotional activities. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, including analysis of sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends. Requirements: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key clients. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a sales team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
