Job Description

    Overview:The role entails managing the organizations sustainability disclosures and initiatives.Key responsibilities include conducting materiality assessments, peer benchmarking, stakeholder engagement, and gap analysis according to ESG reporting standards.The candidate will also be responsible for developing, coordinating, and designing the Sustainability Report in line with GRI and the BRSR. They should be able to develop solutions to address changes in policy, regulations, and the business environment related to sustainability and ESG.Additionally, the candidate will review sustainability data, analyze benchmarking, trends, and regulatory developments. They will engage with internal stakeholders, provide regular sustainability updates, and conduct sustainability assessments.Creating guidelines, checklists, policies, procedures, and program content to align with best practices and frameworks is another important aspect of the role.The candidate should also develop communication materials to enhance the organizations sustainability narrative.
