Job Description

    We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager (Mumbai Location) to join our Sales Team. The selected candidate will be based in Mumbai and will be responsible for driving sales for our Daman property by building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and supporting the overall sales strategy.Requisites:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • 2 - 4 years of proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to generate leads, convert business, and meet sales targets.
    • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
    Responsibilities:
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the Daman property from the Mumbai market.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate new and repeat business.
    • Assist in executing sales plans and strategies to maximize revenue.
    • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends.
    • Prepare sales reports and update management on progress towards targets.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and events.
