    • Hiring for Assistant Sales Manager- Santacruz

Conduct training sessions for the sales team to enhance their understanding of derivatives trading. Keep them updated on product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques. Provide ongoing support and guidance to help them effectively sell these financial instruments.Collaborate with other internal teams, such as research, derivatives trading, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client solutions.
