    • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving complaints, and maintaining high service quality.
    • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service needs, estimates, and follow-ups.
    • Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
    Operations & Service Management:
    • Support the Service Manager in overseeing daily operations and workflow in the service department.
    • Monitor service schedules to ensure timely completion of work orders.
    • Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to optimize efficiency.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate service records and reports.
    Team Leadership & Staff Supervision:
    • Assist in managing, training, and motivating service team members.
    • Provide guidance and support to technicians, advisors, and other staff.
    • Ensure employees follow company policies, safety standards, and customer service protocols.
    Quality Control & Compliance:
    • Inspect work performed to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
    • Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering necessary parts or supplies.
    Sales & Revenue Support:
    • Assist in identifying upselling opportunities and promoting service packages.
    • Work with the service team to meet department revenue goals.
    • Support marketing efforts to attract and retain customers.
    Qualifications & Skills:
    • Education: High school diploma required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
    • Experience: 2 years of experience in a service-related role, preferably in automotive, hospitality, or technical services.
    • Skills:
      • Strong leadership and team management skills.
      • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
      • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
      • Proficiency in using service management software and tools.
      • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety procedures.
