JOB DESCRIPTION ROLE PROFILETitle:Associate Knowledge Management Based at: MumbaiResponsibilities and accountabilities1. Research on various websites eg: visiting websites on daily basis and identify news areas for review and analysis and produce/ maintain a support database of templates coveringentity setup, employment law, taxcompanies actforeign exchange regulationsother issues.2. Analysis of the news on changes in regulations/ law/ rules etc to understand whether the identified news areas fall within the scope of client requirement.3. Collation of the regulatory updates into a master file for discussions by the seniors.4. To co- ordinate and co- work for data collation of regulatory master files.5. To do preliminary on- line research on areas of queries raised by the internal and external stakeholders.6. To do preliminary on- line research on statutory filings / statutory requirements for various countries for updation of Compliance calendars.7. Updation of records/ changes / amendments into the internal systems/ softwares.Qualification and experience1. Law graduate / Commerce graduate2. 2- 4 yearsWork experience:Should have worked with a law firm on analysis and interpretation of law, case filings etc OR Should have worked with a Chartered Accountant / Company with Tax teams doing tax filings, handling practical aspects of client tax matters. Should have preferably worked on International statutes / regulations.Key skillsa) Should be hands- on working on softwares / systems and using Microsoft.b) Should be good in understanding and interpretation of statutesc) Should be good in drafting preliminary replies/ mails on the basis of research conducted for queries by internal / external stakeholders.d) Should be good in research of regulations to identify news / information as desired by seniors.e) Should be a team player and a go- getter.f) Quick, Sharp in understanding of the task/ activity assigned.,
