Job Description

    Leading fashion brand requires Asst Manager ( Sales and operations) - Mumbai ( Bandra)- westWe are looking out for Asst Manager ( sales and operations) for our client office at Bandra - West Mumbai.PFB THE JD AND DETAILS-We are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Asst Mnaager - Sales & Operaons to lead and streamline key operational processes across sales, inventory, and producon. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundaon in backend operaons and a proven ability to coordinate cross funconal teams efficiently. The role requires iniave, ownership, and a knack for maintaining operaonal clarity in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibiliesSales Order & Client Management:o Oversee sales order processing, invoicing, and coordinaon with accounts and logiscs.o Act as a liaison between the brand and clients sharing lookbooks, managing follow-ups, and ensuring mely communicaon.Plaorm & Product Coordinaon:o Maintain updated line sheets and coordinate with online plaorms to ensure accurate product lisngs, pricing, and availability.o Monitor SKU movement and ensure prompt restocking based on demand and producon melines.Inventory Oversight:o Supervise inventory management across warehouses, online plaorms, and offline stores.o Track incoming and outgoing stock; coordinate replenishments in alignment with producon melines.o Maintain opmal stock levels of raw materials (fabrics/trims) and finished goods.Producon & Supplier Coordinaon:o Collaborate with the producon team to manage melines, order flow, and sampling coordinaon.o Liaise with suppliers and vendors for fabric sourcing, pricing, invoicing, and mely deliveries.Logiscs & Fulfilment:o Ensure smooth last-mile delivery operaons including tracking shipments, managing returns, and resolving delivery issues.o Support fulfillment planning for online orders, retail, and wholesale channels.Retail & Event Support:o Manage backend coordinaon for exhibions, pop-ups, and in-store acvaons.o Work closely with sales and markeng teams to support go-to-market efforts.What Were Looking For- 4- 9 years of relevant experience in fashion/retail operaons, sales coordinaon, or supply chain roles-Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and inventory management tools-Excellent organizaonal and multasking skills with a sharp eye for detail-Strong communicaon skills both wrien and verbal-Ability to take iniave, solve problems independently, and manage melines-Prior experience working with fashion/lifestyle brands is a strong plusIf the position interests you and you find a fitment kindly share your cv athidden_emailor contactRajat- hidden_mobileKindly share the following details- current ctc n notice period- Expected ctc- Open to work in Mumbai@Bandra- west
