Job Description

    This role is focusing on Automation business in the region He shall report to Automation Business unit and work in coordination to regional sales and perform business development activities, Product / solution promotions and BU Initiatives.
    1. Product / solution promotions to customers and Customer management for Automation products.
    2. Regional customer platforming and prioritizing focus basis business need.
    3. Analise Customers for need, competition, and market trends and provide intime feedback to BU for extending right time support to remain in market and converting leads.
    4. Maintain opportunity pipeline in CRM along with CRM compliance.
    5. Driving Joint growth action plans (JGAP) with partners, SIs & Key customers and submit review reports to management.
    6. Participate in regional business reviews, define micro focus, and own the activity execution along with regional team.
