Job Description

    Position Title: AV Design Engineer with CTS Certification.Location: Malad (W), MumbaiYears of Exp: 3 Years 6 Years Department: AV Reports To: AGM AVRemuneration: Rs. 12 Lacs to 15 Lacs CTC p.aRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a CTS Designer located in Mumbai. The CTS Designer will be responsible for creating designs for broadcast and A/V systems, working closely with sales and project teams, and ensuring projects meet client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical drawings and documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with the latest industry trends. The CTS Designer will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.Qualifications
    • Experience in creating designs for broadcast and audio-visual systems
    • Skilled in technical drawing and documentation
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of industry trends and latest technologies in media and entertainment
    • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
    • CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification is a plus
    • Experience working in an ISO-certified environment is advantageous
    Preferred:
    • CTS-I or CTS-D certification.
    • Experience with software such as EASE or other acoustic modeling tools.
    • Knowledge of network infrastructure and IP-based systems.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
