Job Description

    Senior Manager- Talent Acquisition - BPO/ITeS (Volume Hiring & Lateral Hiring ) Sr.Manager - Talent Acquisition - BPO/ITeS (Volume Hiring & Lateral Hiring ) Location : Pune - The incumbent will be responsible for hiring delivery in BPO / ITeS - Lead and motivate a team of recruiters to hire resources(for BPO) within the specified hiring timelines.- Ensure the team optimally utilizes the different channels for recruitment.- Maintain the Cost Per Hire as per set goals and work towards improvising it further- Monitor team performance and report on metrics.- Network internally and externally to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders- Gather market intelligence on competitor landscape, talent pool and compensation data- Motivate team members and discover training needs and provide coaching.- Recommend incremental improvements to our current processes will be welcomed Knowledge or Skills Requirements : - Must have prior experience in leading a team of recruiters to deliver for BPO processes.- Stakeholder management is a pre-requisite- Business acumen to be strong- Any projects done in the space of diversity/technology will be an add on to the profile- Strong understanding of BPO Industry ; Trends, Landscape and Talent Pool- Strong understanding of recruiting/ sourcing processes and procedures- Understanding of recruitment Analytics, pipeline management and yield analysis- Familiarity of any ATSThis job opening was posted long time back.
