Job Description

    • Designation :Interior Turnkey Project Manager
    • QualificationBachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
    • LocationMumbai | Projects: Pan India
    • LocalityLBS Marg, Kurla (west), Mumbai - 400070
    • CTC Budget4 to 5 LPA (fixed)
    • Experience Required4-5 years
    • Work DaysMonday to Saturday- flexibility to work from home for 2 days in a week
    • Work Timing10 am to 6:30 Pm
    • Notice Period15 days
    • Other CriteriaProficiency in managing interior designing projects end to end via project management software and tools. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Interview Procedure2 rounds of interview (in person/ online only in case there is an availability issue)
    • Skills Required4-5 years of experience in managing interior turnkey projects
    • Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Execution: Plan, schedule, and oversee the execution of interior design projects. Ensure that all project activities are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with architects, designers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met. Quality Management: Maintain high standards of quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality workmanship. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to avoid project delays. Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented. Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure the best possible terms. Monitor project expenditures and implement cost control measures as needed. Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates on project progress. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Work closely with internal teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution. Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
