Job Description

    Hiring For Back office Executive Company: Tech Mahindra LTD.Location: Malad West, MumbaiWorking Conditions: Office-based, Rotational shifts, Rotational OffsResponsibilities:
    • Deliver outstanding customer support through voice interactions, primarily for international clients.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Handle international voice process calls, providing accurate information and prompt resolutions.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
    • Utilize exceptional communication skills to foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Stay well-informed on product offerings to provide expert guidance to customers.
    • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
    Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Minimum HSC or equivalent education.
    • For experienced candidates: At least 6 months of experience in an International Back office Process.
    • Strong communication skills in English.
