Job Description

    Position : Executive Back Office (Order Processing & Coordination) Location :Lower Parel Experience :3 YearsRole Overview: This is a Back Office Operations role where youll be handling customer orders from WhatsApp, Email, and Calls, creating Sales Orders & Purchase Orders in Tally, maintaining reports in MS Excel, coordinating with the Factory for production and dispatch, and updating customers on their order status. Youll work closely with the Sales, Operations, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.Key Skills Required: Tally ERP (Mandatory) MS Excel (Mandatory) Order Processing & Sales Coordination Customer & Factory Coordination Good Communication Skills
