Job Description

    We are currently hiring for the position ofBack Office Hedging (FX & Commodity)with a leading organization in theWires & Cables / Manufacturingindustry.Role Summary:The role is responsible for managing back-office operations related to FX and commodity hedging (Copper & Aluminium), including trade validation, MTM valuation, SAP accounting, settlements, hedge accounting, and reporting.Key Responsibilities:
    • Validate FX and commodity hedge trades using bank/broker confirmations.
    • Reconcile broker statements with internal records and SAP ledgers.
    • Perform MTM reconciliation and resolve valuation differences.
    • Manage contract settlements, margins, premiums, and SAP postings.
    • Support hedge accounting, GL mapping, and financial reporting.
    • Track inventory positions (RM, WIP & FG) related to commodity hedging.
    • Prepare periodic reports on MTM movement, hedge positions, and open contracts.
    • Ensure compliance with internal hedging policies, audit requirements, and Ind AS hedge accounting standards.
    Candidate Profile:
    • Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance)
    • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Treasury with exposure to Foreign Exchange (FX) and Commodity Hedging (Copper & Aluminium LME/MCX/COMEX).
