Morgan is looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join its Customer Service Voice Process team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless banking experience for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with customer service experience to build a career in a global financial institution.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
    • Assist customers with banking queries, account details, and transaction-related concerns.
    • Provide accurate information and guidance on J.P. Morgans products and services.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Education: Any graduate (Freshers and experienced candidates welcome).
    • Experience: 0-2 years in customer service (Banking/Finance sector preferred).
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach.
    • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
    • Basic knowledge of banking, finance, or customer service processes is a plus.
