Job Description

    Job Title: Banking Customer Service Executive Location: Malad, MumbaiProcess: Banking Customer Service (Voice / Non-Voice)Job Type: Full-Time | Work from OfficeEligibility Criteria:
    • Education: HSC or Graduate (Any Stream)
    • Experience:
      • Associate: 6 months- 2 years | CTC: 4,80,000 (Up to 33,000/month)
      • Sr. Associate: 2- 5 years | CTC: 6,75,000 (Up to 48,000/month)
    • Experience Letter: Mandatory
    • BPO Experience: Compulsory
    • Freshers: Not Eligible
    Shift & Working Days:
    • Shift: US Rotational Shifts
    • Working Days: 5 Days (2 Rotational Offs)
    Location Criteria:
    • Candidate must be within 35 km radius from the Malad.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound/outbound customer queries for banking services.
    • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
    • Maintain professionalism and compliance with process standards.
    • Update CRM and maintain documentation of customer interactions.
    Skills Required:
    • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced BPO environment.
