Job Description

    We are hiring an experienced and driven Business Development Manager/Banquet Sales Manager to expand business opportunities in the hospitality and events sector. The role involves generating new business, developing client relationships, creating strategic partnerships, and driving overall sales growth.The ideal candidate should have strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in hospitality, catering, events, or F&B businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Growth
    • Generate new business opportunities through corporate, social, and event clients
    • Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
    • Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure
    • Increase repeat business and client retention
    Client & Partner Management
    • Coordinate with clients regarding proposals, negotiations, and contracts
    • Maintain strong relationships with event planners, venues, and corporate clients
    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach
    Market Development
    • Explore new business segments and revenue opportunities
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
    • Support business expansion initiatives and growth plans
    Team Coordination
    • Guide and support the business development team
    • Track sales performance, pipeline, and conversion metrics
    • Work closely with operations and event teams for smooth client execution
    Brand Representation
    • Represent the organization during client meetings and networking events
    • Support brand visibility and relationship-building activities within the industry
    Required Skills

    • Good understanding of hospitality, catering, or events industry

    Eligibility Criteria
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
    • MBA preferred
    • Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience
    • Prior experience in hospitality, catering, events, or F&B industry preferred
