Job Description

    Billing and Planning Engineer - RCC Structures (5-6 years experience)Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Billing and Planning Engineer with a focus on RCC (Reinforced Concrete Construction) structures to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, particularly in the field of RCC structures. As a Billing and Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing project billing processes, ensuring accurate financial tracking, and contributing to project planning and scheduling activities.Key Responsibilities:Billing and Cost Control:Prepare detailed and accurate project invoices based on work completed and contractual terms.Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with client agreements.Monitor project costs and expenses, providing regular reports to management.Project Planning and Scheduling:Develop project schedules and timelines in collaboration with project managers and construction teams.Analyze project plans and identify critical paths to ensure timely completion of tasks.Update and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changes and unforeseen circumstances.Quantity Surveying:Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for RCC structures, including concrete, reinforcement, and formwork.Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure accurate material quantities and costs are accounted for in project budgets.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including bills of quantities, cost estimates, and project schedules.Generate regular reports on project progress, costs, and billing status for internal and external stakeholders.Collaboration and Communication:Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information for billing and planning activities.Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any billing-related inquiries and providing necessary documentation.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.5-6 years of experience in billing, planning, and quantity surveying for RCC structures.Strong proficiency in project management software and tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of relevant construction codes and standards.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
