Job Description

    Billing and Planning Engineer (4 years experience) - Residential Building with PEV StructureJob Summary: We are looking for a skilled Billing and Planning Engineer with 4 years of experience, specializing in the construction of residential buildings with a focus on post-tensioned external vertical (PEV) structures. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing billing processes, financial tracking, and project planning.Key Responsibilities:Billing and Cost Control:Prepare accurate and detailed project invoices based on work completed, milestones achieved, and contractual terms.Collaborate with project managers and finance teams to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with client agreements.Monitor project costs and expenses, providing regular reports to management.Project Planning and Scheduling:Develop and maintain project schedules for residential building projects with a focus on PEV structures.Analyze project plans to identify critical paths and ensure timely completion of tasks.Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to address scheduling issues and adjustments.Quantity Surveying:Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for PEV structures, including post-tensioned elements.Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure accurate material quantities and costs are accounted for in project budgets.PEV Structure Expertise:Apply specialized knowledge in the design and construction of post-tensioned external vertical structures.Work closely with the engineering team to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including bills of quantities, cost estimates, and project schedules.Generate regular reports on project progress, costs, and billing status for internal and external stakeholders.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.4 years of experience in billing, planning, and quantity surveying for residential building projects with PEV structures.Specialized knowledge in post-tensioned external vertical (PEV) structures.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
