    About Company:One of the leading life insurance companyPosition: Branch Head ( Agency Channel )Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Managing staff:Hiring, training, and supervising staff, and ensuring they adhere to company policies
    • Driving sales:Setting and achieving sales targets, and developing strategies to attract and retain customers
    • Ensuring compliance:Ensuring the branch complies with all relevant regulations and policies
    • Managing budgets:Analyzing financial reports, managing budgets, and implementing cost-saving measures
    • Building relationships:Building rapport with customers and the community
    • Identifying growth opportunities:Looking for opportunities to expand the customer base, launch new products and services, and collaborate with other branches
    • Prioritizing customer satisfaction:Ensuring customer needs are met and that customer satisfaction is a top priority
    • Ensuring a safe environment:Ensuring the branch is safe for employees and well-maintained for customers, including theft prevention
